Pricing
The price only depends on how many active members the club has. Every feature is included, there is no lock-in period, and the money from Vipps goes straight to the club’s account – with no mark-up from us.
Prices are excl. VAT and apply to annual payment in advance. The number of members is the club’s active members at the time of invoicing. If the club grows, we move you to the next plan at the next invoice – never in the middle of a period.
* SMS: the club can use its own agreement with an SMS provider and pay it directly, or use EIT’s shared setup at cost price. The club pays Vipps fees to Vipps under the club’s own agreement.
Switching from another system
If the club has paid for another system, you use EIT for free until that period is over. The switch costs nothing.
Send us the export from the old system or a spreadsheet, and we add the members, sessions and firearms register for you.
We go through the setup on a video call, set up ranges and QR posters, and answer questions along the way in the first period.
Questions and answers
No. The agreement runs one year at a time with annual payment, or one month at a time with monthly payment, and can be terminated with effect from the next period. The club can download all its data at any time.
Download everything with “Export of all data” under Club settings – you get one CSV file per table and everything combined in JSON. The data is deleted within 30 days after the agreement ends, and from the backups when they rotate out. See the data processing agreement.
Active members of the club. Pending applications, deactivated members and guests at competitions do not count.
No. The club has its own agreement with Vipps MobilePay, and the money goes straight to the club’s account. Vipps’ own fees follow the club’s agreement with Vipps.
No. EIT is run centrally, with backups, updates and monitoring. Members use the browser on their phone and can add the app to the home screen.
Yes. Every member chooses Norwegian or English in the app. Emails, notifications, PDFs and the kiosk follow the choice. The police form for the firearms application remains in Norwegian.
Yes. You get a 30-day trial with every feature. If you don’t continue, the club and its data are deleted.
Price changes are announced at least three months before they apply, and never in the middle of a period the club has paid for.
Yes, an invoice with an organisation number. Voluntary organisations in Norway can usually apply for VAT compensation for expenses like this.
